Backer Surveys and Dropped Backers

Hello!
Just a reminder to complete your backer surveys asap! There are still around 50% of you who haven't completed the survey yet. The faster that these are complete, the faster I can make the order for the bags and the faster you will get them! :)
Also, there were a few dropped backers due to payment issues. If your pledge was dropped, you should have still gotten a backerkit survey and you are able to fix your payment there.

Backer Surveys and Errored Backers

Hello!
I've started sending out the surveys via Backerkit! I have sent out a batch of surveys today and will send out the second batch tomorrow. You should all receive a survey by the end of tomorrow. Please check your junk mail if you don't get the email for it!
Once you get your survey, please try to fill it out as soon as possible. This will help me get a good estimate of how many of which bags to order so I can get the mass production order in quicker!
Lastly, there are 11 errored backers. If your pledge is errored, please try to fix the payment as soon as you can as your pledge will be dropped if you do not fix it. If your pledge is errored, you should be receiving emails from Kickstarter telling you how to fix it.
Issue with items in my shop not shipping to your country.

Hello everyone! Some of you have brought up an issue with purchasing with the free shipping code in my shop. The issue with the items in my shop not able to ship is fixed now. It was because I forgot to add the free shipping item to a shipping profile. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience but everything should work now!!

The kickstarter campaign is now over!
Firstly, I want to thank you all soo much! I'm super grateful for your support and I am very happy to be able to make these bags again :)
I will be sending out backer surveys for you to fill out your bag choices as well as sending out more info really soon!
