Hello!
I wanted to answer some FAQs:
1. There are still around 20-30 errored backers and I've had some messages asking if I can charge the cards a little later. I will be re-charging errored backers on Saturday. So, please try to fix the payment errors before then! If I'm unable to collect shipping fee, unfortunately, I cannot ship out your rewards.
2. As the funds for collected during the Kickstarter and Preorder were used to fund the project, I'm unable to process any refunds.
3. Monitoring the tracking of the bags, they are scheduled to arrive at the Toronto port tomorrow! After that it should take a few days to arrive to my storage location. I'll then be doing quality checks and trying to send out your packages as soon as possible! It will take some time as everything will be done by only one person but I anticipate that all orders can be shipped out before the end of March.

Errored Backers

Hello!
I have charged cards yesterday to collect the shipping fees and any extra add on costs.
Everyone should have received an email saying whether or not the charge was successful or not. There were about 40 errored backers. If your pledge was errored, please fix your cc info on backerkit. If the funds were not able to be successfully collected, unfortunately I will not be able to ship out your rewards.

The bags have cleared customs!

Good news!
The bags have arrived in Canada and have cleared customs! They are currently making their way to Toronto from Vancouver and should arrive to me really soon .. likely within 1-2 weeks!
After this, I will be doing quality checks, packing and sending out your orders! This may still take a little bit of time as there is only one me doing everything haha..
If you need to change your shipping address, please do so as soon as possible. The last day to change your shipping address will be Feb 20th. You can change your address on Backerkit. If you are unable to do so, please send me a message or email ([email protected]).
After Feb 20th, I will be charging cards (for the shipping fees and any extra add ons) via Backerkit.

Finished Production!

The Kittea Itabags have completed production! They will now get ready to ship to me via sea. I don't have an exact date when they will arrive as shipping has been very variable recently. It is estimated to take around 35 days but judging by recent other shipments via sea, it may take much longer. I'm hoping that the kittea itabags will be ready to ship out to you in the first quarter of 2022. More updates will follow!

Hello everyone!
I received this photo from the manufacturer! They said that the manufacturing process is almost complete!
There is still a little left to do but they are currently working slowly due to large power outages. They said they expect that it will be complete within the next 2 weeks. I'll keep you posted!
